Take a few deep breaths and center yourself and quiet down
Entering the presence of God
Psalm 107
1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story—
those he redeemed from the hand of the foe,
3 those he gathered from the lands,
from east and west, from north and south.[a]
4 Some wandered in desert wastelands,
finding no way to a city where they could settle.
5 They were hungry and thirsty,
and their lives ebbed away.
6 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.
7 He led them by a straight way
to a city where they could settle.
8 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love
and his wonderful deeds for mankind,
9 for he satisfies the thirsty
and fills the hungry with good things.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
Adoration Prayer:
Praises you, O, Lord, God of our residency. You have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. Before the mountains were born, you brought forth the whole world. From everlasting to everlasting you are God. Thanks for the good news. You are our forever and stable residency, in spite that we move around a lot. Praise you that you live since ancient time and you still live today and now. Take us into your presence and be our home here first. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

O God who leads our journey, as (student's name) moves into this place, we as parents release him/her to your presence and to this place where you have prepared for him/her. We look to you and our hearts put trust in you. May your faithfulness and steadfast love continue to be with him/her here. May your peace, safety be with him/her and with this place and all surrounding. No evildoers and the wicked will be around here. May you fill this place with all good things. Most importantly, it is your own precious presence. May you increase strength of soul and physical health to him/her for every today and bright hope for every tomorrow. May you give him/her the wisdom to take good care of himself/herself and to grow into maturity that pleases you. May your word will be read and praised in this place. Now we invite you into here and be with him/her in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
